LET’S ELIMINATE OVERDOSES

Our mission is to build partnerships that eliminate overdoses in Blair County. The Blair County Overdose Prevention Task Force encourages connections among various professional sectors and community members to uplift, develop, and implement programs to make a difference in combating the opioid epidemic. The relationships created through membership increases the Task Force’s ability to lead systemic, sustainable efforts that address current and future drug threats.

Members of the Blair Overdose Prevention Task Force:

  • Receive up-to-date information on local drug trends and SUD-related activities in Blair County.
  • Learn about topics such as evidence-based prevention and treatment practices.
  • Gain an expanded professional network.
  • Guide the direction and actions of the Task Force as it addresses the opioid epidemic in Blair County.
