If an officer can prove impairment below a .08, if an individual is impaired by other drugs/substance; including prescription and over the counter drugs, and if an individual is under the age of 21. School vehicle DUIs can occur at a .02 BAC, and Commercial Vehicle DUIs can occur at a .04.

Yes! You can get a DUI from THC, even with a Medical Card. THC is still a Schedule I drug. It is federally illegal and illegal to drive under the influence of it. Pennsylvania is zero tolerance.
