Driving During Suspension

Any person who drives a motor vehicle on any highway or traffic way in Pennsylvania when their operating privileges have been suspended or revoked may incur additional penalties.

Submit completed DDS application to Blair County Drug and Alcohol, 3001 Fairway Drive, Altoona PA, 16602. Payment and applications must be submitted together. The payment MUST be a money order. Make the money order out to “County of Blair”
