COMMUNITY AWARENESS SURVEY
Take a moment complete the brief survey to assist in collecting information from Blair County residents about views of substance use, overdoses, and Narcan use. This is an anonymous survey to assist the Blair County Overdose Taskforce Committee. Please include your zip code of your residence to help with the demographics. According to the PA State DOH website on business re-openings: “Individuals who cannot wear a mask due to medical conditions (including children under the age of 2 years per CDC guidance) may enter the premises and are not required to provide documentation of such medical condition.” Blair Drug and Alcohol has posted signs requiring masks while in the building, however, we respectfully will understand if you are unable to wear one due to medical conditions. We do require social distancing of 6 feet. The nature of our business is to not put barriers to someone receiving care. This is why we will continue to offer a Zoom and conference call option for our services, groups and meetings. Be aware there may be individuals without masks in the building due to medical conditions. If you are uncomfortable with entering the building, you may want to continue to participate by zoom/conference call.
A reminder that we are available 24/7 for services by calling (814) 381-0921.
