Substance abuse and addiction affects more than the individual using. If you are family suffering the loss of a loved one, or are adversely affected by addiction, we are here to offer guidance and support.

A collaboration of professionals and concerned citizens working together to build the continuum of programs and services needed to address the prevention and intervention of and recovery from substance abuse and addiction in Blair County.
